We loved this hotel; it was close to both the city center and the thermal center. The location was perfect for us. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we appreciated the availability of parking and transportation. The breakfast was delicious, and it provided us with the perfect start to our day.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel's location is quite ideal, as it is situated near both the city center and the thermal center. upon entering the hotel, it becomes quite apparent that its external appearance is more impressive than the internal service. the room's temperature was too hot, and the bathroom wasn't well-maintained. As for breakfast, service was incredibly slow, and the owner didn't understand the difference between latte macchiato and latte macchiato tiepido.
The service at the hotel was incredibly slow, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel's great location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and the city center, and we had quick access to the thermal center. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. there were great amenities on offer, including free Wi-Fi and ample parking.
The breakfast service was slow, which can be frustrating if you're in a rush. the temperature in our room was a bit too high, making for a somewhat uncomfortable night's sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center and thermal center, making it a great choice for business travelers. The breakfasts served in the hotel were amazing, served with delicious coffee and warm milk. the hotel provides free Wi-Fi to all its guests, making it easy to stay connected with colleagues and family back home.
There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. The temperature regulation in the room was poor, making it too hot at times.
